Any place that does not have a voicemail makes me crazy- i always wonder if the place is still in business or not. Also- they have a sunday brunch forr part if the year but there is no mention of this in there website or where it talks about hours- then when icalled for info... NO ANSWER & NO VOICEMAIL- very unprofessional...

I was told that I must try this place. we did and were disappointed with the atmosphere. sitting outside with ocean view we were bothered by dozens of dirty flapping and sqawking pigeons boldly alighting on tables, messing on the ground near our feet and kicking up dust and feathers near our food. Wait staff proceeded as if this was the norm. I found it disgusting and filthy to have to listen to and fend off these "flying rats" while trying to eat my meal.

I recently discovered this wonderful spot on the beach and really enjoyed the time and will be a frequent flier. First I had a couple of drinks at the outside bar and was made wellcome by many of the long time regulars. One of them an old salt boat captain type gave me a rundown of the menu and told me about the place. I followed his advice and had the wings fo an appitizer and the Lobster mac and chese for dinner.100% great advice-thanks Cap!! Great Spot ,Great People,Great Service.

Good tasting food but I was appalled at the atmosphere. We sat in an outdoor patio patrolled by dozens of dirty pigeons flapping, squawking and waddling up to our table, between our legs, looking for food. The public boardwalk was mere inches from our table so we had a steady stream of stangers gawking at us. Lastly our waiter was wearing a stain-soaked apron that smelled and he was not very friendly. We hastily ate our dinner and then skipped dessert, having it eleswhere.

Service was great from start to finish. We began at the bar with excellent treatment from the bartenders. We then sat at a table which was right infront of the stunning ocean. We caugt the moon rising, so beautiful. Our service for dinner was great and the food so good. A Tuna appt and a macaroni and cheese with an enormous lobstertail on top. Some of the best food I've had around here.

the view was great even with people passing by next to your table because that is how close we were to the boardwalk. the food was execellent - I recommend the macadanin dolphin. unfortunately after we ate - literally - we had to leave for the table was reserved for others. otherwise than that I would recommend Ocean 234

One of my top 5 WORST dining experiences in my life. I ordered chicken picatta and they served me fried chicken and cold linguine with capers. Whe I innocently told the waiter he made a mistake (this could'nt really be chicken picatta) He told me it was "their version of chicken picatta"--he was rude and had no concept of service. . It was disgusting. After spending $85 we then went and ordered a pizza so we wouldn't be hungry. My recomendation: at all cost stay out of this restaurant.

Great view, good food and service. Being from NY, the prices weren't a shock. I would recommend it to others looking for fine dining with a water view.

Your paying for the view. The problem is the tables are ON the extended boardwalk so you see as many pedestrians as waves since they stroll right next to you. Not very appetizing since most of those pedestrians shouldn't be wearing bathing suites anymore. Smoking is allowed for some reason. The crab cakes were right out of Winn-Dixie's frozen section, and on a bed of potato buds serving as mashed potatos, with some odd sauces = $26.00. Service was average at best.
