Thomas Burke (another reviewer) you seriously need therapy. As far as the restaurant, I go there at least once a month and get take out. The salsa is sensational, the entrees are large and well prepared (incredible authentic rellenos) and if you eat in, the waitstaff attentive, casual, and atmosphere is fun. You can shill at the bar and watch sports or bring a party of twenty with children and the restaurant will adapt. But maybe not right for type A people like Thomas Burke???

Authentic Mexican restaurant- I thought I was in Merida. Good food and good margaritas. On busy Harrison Street but valet parking on side of restaurant worked fine. Very friendly and prompt service, and very large menu to chooose from. Our party of five all liked this place, and we will be going back.

We love this place - fast friendly service, a basket of hot chips with great salsa is great when we arrive hungry, never a wait. Big portions of the best Mexican food in the area.

PART 2 I usually like to round my bill up to the next dollar and then include a tip that will not be in a full dollar amount, but the total of the bill will be. My bill for the evening came to $26.08. I added a four-dollar tip minus the eight cents to round up to an even thirty dollars. My credit card bill reflects an eight-cent difference. Yes, I know eight cents is a small amount, even less than the postage required to send a letter of complaint to Armando Guerra, Manager of Cancun Mexican Grill [at the time, I do not know who the manager is at this time.] I do not like the fact that someone at the establishment took the liberty of adding money to my credit card bill, supposedly just to even their tip to an even dollar amount. I look at this as no less than theft on the part of the establishment due to the fact that it is clear to see the amount that I intended to pay was an even thirty dollars on the copy of my receipt that I signed from that night. To make matters worse, no one from the Cancun Mexican Grill in Hollywood responded to my letter. Which told me the Management felt it was OK to steal pennies from customers. I called my Credit Card company who offered to refund me the eight cents. I asked if the money would come from the Cancun Mexican Grill's account and they informed me that the amount was not enough to generate a claim. They informed me it was cheaper to pay me the amount than to file a claim against the restaruant. Which leads me to

As a party of two we entered the restaurant and were quickly seated and brought our menus. We ordered our drinks and the waitress brought them to us. There was a mix-up in the drink order and it soon became evident to us that the waitress did not comprehend English in detail. The problem came when we tried to give minor details to our order that she could not understand. I don¿t mind that the waitress did not understand every detail of our speaking English. The problem came when she tried to guess to the best of her ability as to what we were saying instead of calling over her fellow employee to assist her in getting the order correct the first time. The orders arrived and we settled on what food we received instead of trying to explain what minor details were not correct about the order. (Such as asking that the appetizer and the main dish be brought to the table at the same time.) The food was acceptable. I don¿t mean to imply that the food was not good. It just was not something that I ate and thought, ¿WOW, this is really good¿. That is a fact of life. I have to go out and try new places. If I enjoy it, I will go back again and if I do not enjoy it, I will seek another place to visit next time. I was prepared to leave well enough alone at this point, until I received my Credit Card Bill and found that the total amount charged was not the amount of the receipt I signed. I usually like to round my bill up to the next dollar and then include a tip that will n
