This charming Addison Mizner building could house a high-priced French restaurant. Despite its beauty, the menu is middle-of-the-road tavern fare.  Lobster is a specialty, so you CAN spend a lot, but you can also get an Italian meal for the mid-teens and many entrees are priced in the $20 range.
