The recipe is simple. Take prime cuts of meat -- filet mignon, ribeye, New York strip and the 40-ounce porterhouse for two, among them -- and broil them at 1,800 degrees seasoned with just enough salt, pepper and butter. There's a selection of robust red wines from around the globe to match the meal. Ruth's also serves seafood, and for vegetarians there's the portabello mushroom. Hours: 5-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday; 5-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
