Located on the eastern gateway to Delray Beach's famed row of good restaurants, upscale boutiques and eclectic nightclubs, the half-century-old Doc's All American is truly one of a kind. Listed on the city's historical register, Doc's has a menu that features a mix of 1950s drive-in diner fare (such as the 11-ounce Royal Burger) and classic South Florida cuisine (the blackened mahi mahi sandwich). Add a side of seasoned French fries and a thick milk shake made with a choice of soft-serve or hand-dipped ice cream, grab an outdoor picnic table and you'll feel like an extra on a Happy Days rerun.
