Beyond the spectacular palm tree-lined ocean view, Trina has a wine list that sparkles and a predominantly seafood menu. Order fresh fish with a helping of cannelloni with shrimp and fennel. Try something different for dessert—savory goat cheese cheesecake or halava parfait. Beyon the fresh selections there are also signature cocktails with muddled ruby-red grapefruits, clove simple syrup and grape molasses.
