I came to Steves when visitng florida because my Boys at home said the pizza was really good and diffrent. It was they had like over 40 toppings on there menu. It was close to my favorite Brooklyn pizza joint but w/ a Homey feeling. Interesting, they even have a Satisfaction gaurentee on the menu???wow!

All I can say is first and last time I visit this establishment. The Pizza was burnt tasting, lousy aftertaste of sauce and TOTALLY OVERPRICED for the size.

I recently found Steves Wood Fired Pizza. I live in Ft Laud and have eaten at anthonys, but no more! Steves has over 30 fresh toppings, nice large salads and some great fried cheese sticks which they make by hand. I would never go to anthonys salt mine pizza again. I travel once a week to go to steves. Their pizza is cooked dark and well done and the dough is CRISPY on the outside chewy on the inside. I loved the shrooms pizza!

After Living in Boca Raton for over 14 Years, I have to say that sometimes it seems that Pizza is just not Pizza. The smell of burnt crust and the after taste of sauce is Awful. i would pass on this place.

Been to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in Weston so comparing the two. Steve's has small, warm, oven blasted pizza where the toppings slopped off of the dough. Anthony's is a masterpiece of composition and flavor- hot, large and filling. Steve's has boring apps-Anthony's oven roasted chicken wings are to die for. Steve's salad was ok, small and generic -Anthony's is a meal in itself. Everything at Steve's seemed knock off and unappetizing. Nice try but we'll drive to Anthony's for real fired pizza.

Move over because I am a connossier of pizza! Ok the crust was good, and the crushed plum tomatoes I liked..but the so called "fresh basil" was already part of the sauce and so was the garlic.. I am used to real fresh basil put on the pizza and garlic gloves I can see! There was no flavor at all! Plus the romaine lettuce was so pale I thought it was going to faint! I still vote for "Umberto's of Long Island" in Pompano Beach, or "Tarentello's" in Westin. Jean

My friend and I were on our way to a different restaurant in the same shopping center. However, we decided to have pizza instead so we went into Steve's. Well, what a surprise. It was the best pizza I've had in a long time. We had the Margarita pizza and the Greenie salad with their house balsamic which were superb! I've traveled from Lake Worth to Boca just to have their pizza. It is definitely worth the trip.

Well, I was in Florida visiting some friends recently, and they told me I just had to try this fantastic place that makes the best pizza you've ever had. Now I grew up in the northeast and I've heard that before. This time they were right! A group of four ordered three different pies and they were all "the best I ever had"! Very thin crispy crust, delicious toppings and interesting combinations. The service was very friendly and proffessional, and the food (even soup and desert) were delicious.

Dont get me wrong, if its the quality of the you're after this place is a home run. The pizzas and salads are great as is the attentive service. Even the owner will greet you and make you feel comfortable. MY problem is that I think its a bit steep on the price. Dor what I would think should be a $25 meal for two people turns out to be $30 plus. But go and try it and I bet you'll become a regular.
