... continued... "It should be there any minute" I was told, and then I was hung up on when I asked if they could call the driver. At 9:07 pm. I am still waiting and listening to my kids complain about being hungry. Come to think of it, I'm starving! Get it together, Renzo's. You charge premium prices, premium service should be your standard.

On Friday night March 16, I ordered a pizza and a wrap at 7:20 pm for delivery. I was told that the delivery would be made in about 30-40 minutes. At 8:20 pm, I called to check on the status of my order and was told that it was out with the driver for delivery. At 8:45 pm I called, and after speaking with 4 separate employees, the last of whom said he was looking at the computer, I learned that my order had left the store ony 10 minutes before. 2b continued...

Food is excellent! Pizza, Salads and garlic rolls, but the service is is not. Every time we order for carry-out, we are on hold for at least 5 minutes (I've timed it) and that was quick. When we go to pick up the order, at their specified time, never has the complete order been ready. They need better management.

Some of the Best Pizza in the South Florida area. They have an excellent staff and the owners were the best. Definitely try the pizza there and the salads. The desserts were great. We tried the Cheesecake and the tirimisu. Outdoor seating is a great treat. Will be back for sure. A++

This is the best kept secret in South Fl. The menu is small, but every entree is absolutely delicious. The pizza is one of the best in S Fl. The salads are superb. The service is very friendly and the owners are like family. It is a must for italian food afficionados who also appreciate value.

We went for a special occasion, our anniversary and were a bit disappointed. The food was good, but not excellent. The service was, however, very good. Impressive surroundings, the staff was very attentive. For the price, we would expect a big more taste out of the dishes served. We may give it another shot one of these days off-season.

I love this place!!! After moving from New York recently, I have already become sick of the chain-restaurants here. I was dying for a good pizza and found one at Renzo's. I would definitly recommend the arugula pizza and mediterranean salad. If you are looking for a casual place with outdoor seating... check it out!

I have longed for a lil place which has such character and great, great food and Renzo's has it. I have taken dates, family and friends here and no one has had a bad meal, ever. Try out the back patio, underneath a lighted banion tree with live Italian Music Friday, Sat. It's an awesome date place as well. My favorite thing besides the awesome Pizza? Is the Mediterranian salad... it is to die for. :o)
