Boca Raton, FL 33432-3752 561-368-6875 Each room of this 1912 pioneer home has a theme and includes exhibits, crafts or an activity for kids to interact with. "The Space Place," presented by NASA, teaches lessons on gravity and magnetism and includes a make-and-take astronaut craft project. Kids can create and change existing works of art on magnetic boards at the "Change This Art" exhibit. "The Totally Healthy Grocery Store," a favorite stop in this museum, has mini-shopping carts, boxes, fruits and vegetables, so kids can have fun while learning the importance of healthy, well-balanced meals. Dress up, make crafts and play musical instruments in the multicultural room, cook in the pioneer kitchen, win a prize from the vault at the miniature bank and search for fossils on Dr. Digs Backporch.
