Very nice Park for family & kids, offers waterpark, petting zoo, and they allow you to go back through the park again free of charge if you dont exit.

LCS offers a great deal for long weekends. Camp and get into the park with some activities thrown in the mix. Nice value. The park is fun for the family, get the DVD narration and enjoy the ride. Also within stiking distance to West Palm and Palm Beach, for a day trip to the beach.

I love Lion Country Safari. Have been going since I was a kid. The new changes / updates are great and the kids love the water area and the giraffe feeding.

You sleep to the roar of lions. Lots of space in each lot, great grocery store, pool and activities in the large pavillion. It scares the bajebies out of new comers when you tell them theres no fence between the roaring lions and your tent. We have camped there 10 or 12 times and love it.

Camp Grounds are great (Bonnie wrote about the drive thru.) Sleep to the roar of lions, it scares the bajeebees out of new comers when you tell them there are no fences around the lions.

Lion Country Safari isn't your typical zoo. For part of Lion Country Safari, you are in the cage (your car), and the animals are left to roam free! To see these animals roaming freely just as if they were back in their home countries gives the visitor the sense they are on a true safari! Once done with the drive through section of Lion Country, guests can park their cars in the spacious free parking lot and walk through a well shaded zoological park that gears itself to the youngsters. Lion Country Safari has plenty to offer both the grown-ups and little ones of the family! If visiting Lion Country Safari in the summer time, make sure your air conditioning works well in your car - the sun coming through the car windows can get very warm!
