Fright Nights As if things aren't ghoulish enough after another mind-bending hurricane season, along comes Fright Nights to spook everything you hold dear. As always, the event will offer several haunted houses to curdle your blood. Open for 14 nights through Oct. 31, the four Fright Nights houses will include The Manor, which has a history of brutal slayings, and Country Bill's Meat Market, where people are butchered fresh daily. If you escape without losing your lunch, more thrills await at the Monster Midway of the Macabre, which will offer death-defying rides, games and what organizers promise will be devilishly delicious refreshments.
