Comedian Hannibal Buress, seemingly everywhere these days, from “Baywatch” to Bonnaroo, has scheduled an intimate performance for Friday, May 12, at the 1306 Club in Miami.
Tickets cost $32.50 and are on sale at AXS.com. The 1306 Club is at 1306 N. Miami Ave., four blocks west of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. For more information, go to 1306Miami.com.
A featured performer on the Comedy Central series “Broad City” and Adult Swim’s “The Eric Andre Show,” Buress has been traveling the country with his new “Handsome Rambler” podcast, which was one of the best things broadcast from Coachella last month.
Along with an appearance at Bonnaroo on June 8, Buress is due to perform sets at the Boston Calling festival (May 26, with Chance the Rapper, Mumford and Sons, Tig Notaro), Comedy Central’s Colossal Clusterfest (in San Francisco June 2-4, with Kevin Hart, Jerry Seinfeld, Ice Cube, Teagan and Sara) and the FYF Fest (in Los Angeles July 21, with Iggy Pop, Nine Inch Nails, Anderson.Paak, Bjork, Solange and Erykah Badu).
On the big screen, Buress is part of two major summer releases: the Dwayne Johnson/Zac Efron-led cast of the South Florida-filmed “Baywatch” (due for release May 25) and “Spiderman: Homecoming” (July 7).
