Interpol coming to Fillmore Miami Beach

The semi-reconstituted Interpol has announced its first North American tour in three years in support of the new album ”El Pintor,” including a Nov. 8 show at the Fillmore Miami Beach.

Tickets are $32.50 in advance, with a presale beginning 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, at Tickets also will be available 10 a.m. Friday at the box office, and at 800-745-3000. The price at the door will be $35.

The New York-based indie rockers are still without bassist Carlos Dengler on the cleverly titled “El Pintor,” an anagram for Interpol  that loosely translates from Spanish as “artist” or “decorator.” "El Pintor" is due for release Sept. 9.

The band last week released a new single, “All The Rage Back Home.” Here’s a look at a live video for the song “Anywhere,” which Interpol founder  Paul Banks  told Rolling Stone is among his favorites on the new record:
