Jared Leto, Linkin Park to open tour at Cruzan Amphitheatre

What happens to your life when you win an Oscar? If you are Jared Leto, London's Daily Mail newspaper does a story on you being seen the next day buying potato chips at an Los Angeles Subway (Baked Lays Barbecue). But you also go on tour with Linkin Park.

Leto, whose role as the HIV-positive transgender character Rayon in “Dallas Buyer’s Club” resulted in a best supporting actor Academy Award, will go back to his other job leading Thirty Seconds to Mars when the band joins Linkin Park and AFI on a tour that will begin Aug. 8 at the Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. The Plain White T’s:  The scruffy Midwestern quintet will offer hits including “Hey There, Delilah” and “1, 2, 3, 4” in the Wold Performing Arts Center at Lynn University (3601 N Military Trail, Boca Raton) at 7:30 p.m. March 26. Panic! At The Disco: Reminder that tickets went on sale last weekend for the charismatic rockers’ Aug. 15 stop on their Gospel Tour at Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton.
