Bob Seger - Feb. 7
Even music snobs who didn't have much time for Bob Seger
back in the day have come around to admit that songs such
as "Night Moves," "Main Street" and "Against the Wind,"
have matured, like fine wine, into something that goes down
pretty nice. Or maybe it's the snobs who have matured.

South Florida rap icon Rick Ross has announced an eight-city tour in support of his imminent “Mastermind” album, including a Nov. 23 stop at the James L. Knight Center in Miami. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at AXS.com.
The tour will team Ross, who grew up in Carol City and has a residence in Fort Lauderdale, with the 1500 Or Nothin’ Band, a five-piece group that has toured with artists including Snoop Dogg, Lupe Fiasco, T.I., The Game and Faith Evans. Ross and the 1500s recently performed at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, a show broadcast live on Mark Cuban’s music-friendly AXS TV.
“It’s never been done like this,” Ross says in a press statement. “We’ll be performing everything from ‘Tears of Joy’ to ‘Aston Martin Music,’ all with a live band. It's time to remind everyone what Maybach Music is all about.”
