Singer and actress Selena Gomez on Monday confirmed that she will bring The Revival Tour to Miami’s AmericanAirlines Arena on June 11.
The world tour, which begins May 6 in Las Vegas, takes its name from her Interscope Records “Revival” album set for release on Friday. The album includes her collaboration with A$AP Rocky, the No. 1 hit “Good for You.”
Gomez, who had teased fans about the tour on Instagram over the weekend, says the album symbolizes a “new and very important chapter in my life.” She is scheduled to perform her new single, “Same Old Love,” for the first time on live television on Friday's broadcast of "Ellen."
The tour is the 23-year-old singer’s first since her sold-out 2013 “Stars Dance Tour,” which filled the BB&T Center in Sunrise.
Gomez also can be heard in movie theaters around the country, voicing Mavis in the animated box office hit “Hotel Transylvania 2.”
