The sharp host of the regrettably gone FX series “Totally Biased,” W. Kamau Bell, will be joined by headliners Chelsea Handler, Chris Hardwick, Nick Swardson, Mike Epps and Joe Rogan when the South Beach Comedy Festival returns April 1-6 to Miami Beach.
Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday for the shows, which take place at the Colony Theater on Lincoln Road, the Fillmore Miami Beach and the intimate Backstage at the Fillmore. Prices vary by act, and more comedians are expected to be added. Here are a few snapshots:

Joe Rogan: Intense comedy for an intense man out to remind the casual pop-culture fan that he’s more than a MMA commentator. 8 p.m. April 3, Fillmore Miami Beach. $35, $39.50 and $45.
Chris Hardwick: The host of AMC's “Walking Dead” aftershow “Talking Dead,” and soon to be seen in the one-hour special “Chris Hardwick: Mandroid” on Comedy Central. 8 and 10 p.m. April 4, Colony Theatre. $35.

Mike Epps: A consistently popular act on South Florida stages. Epps’ stock is expected to rise with his appearance in the Forest Whitaker film “Repentance,” due for release Feb. 28. 10 p.m. April 5, Fillmore Miami Beach. $39.75, $49.75 and $55.75.
