For a fleeting moment in mid-January, as Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Alexander were spotted waltzing into Tom's Restaurant (Monk's Café) in New York like it was just another day for discussing women with man-hands, we entertained a future with more "Seinfeld" episodes in it. But hopes were deflated like a popped Bubble Boy tent when Seinfeld's proclamations of a "huge, huge, gigantic announcement" involving a Larry David collaboration were actually about filming a one-off Super Bowl commercial at the diner. But no matter: The 59-year-old comedian is ubiquitous these days with a popular web series called "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee," whose third season has already featured Louis C.K. and Patton Oswalt joy-riding around New York in an orange Fiat and a DeLorean, respectively. Of course, Seinfeld is booked for two nights of standup at Hard Rock Live (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood) 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. $79-$169. 954-797-5531 or HardRockLiveHollywoodFL.com. Norton.org.
