Costa Rica National Symphony Orchestra: On Tuesday night, Festival Miami hands the stage to the orchestra led by conductor José Serebrier, an eight-time Grammy winner who will unveil the U.S. premiere of "Imágines" by Costa Rica composer Vinicio Meza.
