Top events Wednesday: From mini golf to the Queen of Motown

Happy hour

Mini Golf After Hours: Get a free round of mini golf and a complimentary adult-size drink for a $10 donation at this happy hour sponsored by the Young Associates of Coral Gables Museum to raise money for the institution. The golf and the drinks are inside in the museum's artfully reimagined nine-hole miniature golf exhibition created by some of South Florida's leading architects, landscape designers and contractors. The museum is at 285 Aragon Ave. 305-603-8067 or — Ben Crandell

"Moon Over Buffalo": This backstage farce puts the spotlight on Charlotte and George Hay, a down-and-almost-out acting couple doing repertory stage work in second-rate theaters when they get the call that Frank Capra might be interested in putting them in film. But mistaken identity, a deaf grandmother and a mash-up performance of "Cyrano de Bergerac" with "Private Lives" blocks their last shot at stardom. 2 p.m. at the Broward Stage Door Theatre, 8036 Sample Road, in Coral Springs. $38 ($16 for students with valid ID). 954-344-7765 or — Rod Stafford Hagwood

Diana Ross: The former Supremes vocalist may not be belting out the triumphant high notes as she did during her heyday, but expect the Queen of Motown to strut through her mighty songbook at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hard Rock Live (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood). Her setlist will include several solo highlights, including the Bernard Edwards-and-Nile Rodgers-crafted disco classic "I'm Coming Out," as well as Supremes classics "Baby Love" and "Stop! In the Name of Love." 7 p.m. $50-$105 via charge-by-phone (800-745-3000) or — Phillip Valys
