Teresa and Joe Giudice coming to Hollywood Saturday night

There's a saying in Italian, "La vita va avanti" which means life goes on. And that's exactly the attitude that Teresa Giudice seems to have these days.

In the midst of their legal woes, Giudice and her hubby Joe will appear Saturday night at Pangaea Lounge inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (5701 Seminole Way, Hollywood).

I chatted with the "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star via phone about her appearance and how she and her family are spending the summer.

Sorry, fans. I know you're probably wondering if Teresa opened up to me about her legal situation, but I was under strict instructions from her publicist not to ask. But since this Jersey girl is a fan of RHONJ (and Teresa) I did mention that I was praying for her and "Juicy" Joe to which she replied, "Thank you. That's very nice of you, honey."

On Friday,  the busy mom-of-four ran some early moring errands which included a trip to the gym. She had yet to pick out her outfit for Saturday's party.

"I learned to pack light. When you have four kids you don't want to come home and have to unpack for hours."  She and Joe will stay overnight at the Hard Rock then fly back Sunday morning to the Garden State to pick up their daughters. "We have a house in Long Beach Island so after the trip to Florida, we'll be going there."

Fans of RHONJ will be happy to know that things are on the mend with her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa. "You have to watch and see, but I know now it's all about communication."

The final Bravo episodes will show " a lot of healing and zen-like" experiences between the cast.

As far as Teresa's demeanor, she's a tough chick (in my opinion) --- and will continue working over the summer.

She plans on expanding her Skinny Italian food line to include low calorie frozen desserts and developing new products for Miliania Hair Care, a line named after her daughter.

If you see Teresa and Joe tomorrow, tell them for me "In bocca al lupo" or "good luck."

The party starts at 11 p.m. For information, go to
