Tickets will go on sale Valentine’s Day for two performances by the enchanting burlesque doyenne Dita Von Teese at Revolution Live in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The 90-minute shows on April 10-11 will reprise several of Von Teese’s most famous acts, including her “Martini Glass” number and "Rhinestone Cowgirl," both of which coat the star in an eye-popping layer of Swarovski crystals.

More than a nostalgic homage to stripper kitsch, a night with Von Teese offers a dazzling survey of pop-culture savvy, daring couture lingerie (no Jean Paul Gaultier runway show is complete without a visit from Von Teese), music  and drinks.

The Los Angeles Times bubbled:  "Her attention to detail and embellished glitz onstage is unparalleled, even for pop stars. From the sparkle of each and every Swarovski crystal (hundreds of thousands swathe pretty much every prop and article of clothing in the production) to the sensual lighting that caresses her slender porcelain frame to the vampy music that sets the mood for the procession of themed vignettes -- your eye cannot turn away from the utter flawlessness of it all."

On sale 10 a.m. Friday, tickets are $35, $75 VIP, $200 (two-top table), $400 (four-top table) at the box office (100 SW Third Ave.), LiveNation.com  and all Ticketmaster outlets. Call 954-449-1025, or go to JoinTheRevolution.net
