“Grab your hula skirts, coconut bras and frozen concoction makers .... Jimmy & the Coral Reefers are heading to Sunrise!” That was bard of the beach Jimmy Buffett’s long-awaited announcement on his website that his Lounging at the Lagoon tour would be coming to the BB&T Center in Sunrise on Feb. 2.
Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday at all Ticketmaster outlets and charge-by-phone at 800-745-3000. Prices have not been released, but the Jacksonville stop on the tour ranged from $41 to $146, plus fees. There’s an eight-per-person limit, too. More info: Margaritaville.com.
