Many people attending Tortuga Music Festival wear revealing clothes, which means lots of visible tattoos. And at this year's festival on Fort Lauderdale beach, we saw tattoos that pay tribute to family members and even favorite movies.
“Tattoos are like the norm. Everybody of a younger age has it,” says Tiffany Whisman, 28, who came from Michigan. “Midwesterners are kind of working people, and they all have tattoos, and they all mean something. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a guy that doesn’t have something.”
