A fight between two telemarketing co-workers in Boca Raton led to one pulling out a gun, according to a Boca Raton Police arrest report.

It's not clear what started the argument but the victim told police she got into an argument with her co-worker, Monique Jean Louis, 27, of North Miami Beach, at Tele Performance, just after midnight on Wednesday.

Both women were in the parking lot of the business at 4680 Conference Way South when Jean Louis grabbed a pistol from the passenger side of her vehicle. With the gun still in a holster, she got within feet of the other woman and started waving it around and pointing it at her, according to the report.

The victim paraphrased to police what Jean Louis repeatedly yelled as, "Now I'm going to show you what I'm worth!"

The gun and threats caused the victim to sprint to her car. After getting into the driver's seat and closing the door, Jean Louis started to tap on the car window with the holstered pistol, asking the victim to step out, according to the report.

Police later talked with Jean Louis who told an officer she did grab her pistol.

A witness police talked with said she heard a commotion and when she went to see what was happening, she saw Jean Louis yelling at the victim near her driver's side door. Once the witness got closer, she told police she noticed the gun.

Jean Louis faces aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a battery charge and was booked into Palm Beach County Jail where she remains in lieu of $7,500 bail.
