Lebron James new series on STARZ Network is set for a fall debut.

Miami Heat star forward LeBron James has moved one step forward with his new Starz series.

The cable network recently announced it has cast several roles for the half-hour comedy, "Survivor's Remorse," which the network greenlighted in February for a six-episode fall debut.

The show is set in the world of professional basketball and chronicles a twentysomething fictional character named Cam Calloway, who signs a multimillion-dollar deal with an Atlanta team then has to deal with fame.

The cast includes: Jessie T. Usher, who appeared in the Cartoon network film and TV series "Level Up," as Cam; RonReaco Lee, of the BET series "Let's Stay Together,'' as his best friend Reggie; Erica Ash, of "Scary Movie 5," as Cam's sister, M-Chuck; and Tichina Arnold, of "Martin" and "Everyone Hates Chris'' fame, as Cam's mother Cassie.

The show will be filmed in Atlanta.

James is working with Tom Werner, of The Carsey-Werner Co., which created TV classics such as "The Cosby Show" and "Roseanne." Mike O'Malley, known for his role on Fox's "Glee" and as a writer on Showtime's "Shameless," is also serving as an executive producer and writer for "Survivor's Remorse."
