DeYoung's Styx show canceled due to flu

The performance by Dennis DeYoung of Styx and his band, set for Saturday, has been canceled.

The free show was set for Casino Miami Jai-Alai. He has the flu, casino representatives said.

DeYoung left Styx in 1999, but the band's former lead singer and keyboardist is credited with writing more of the theatrical rock band's hits than any other member. DeYoung, 67, now tours with his own set of musicians, performing Styx songs such as "Lady," "Come Sail Away" and "Mr. Roboto."
