Remember, those New Year's resolutions don't apply for another 19 days. So eat what you can now.

There also will be coffees, teas, tastings from Pearl Vodka, and live music from Swing City Quartet on Friday, and City Limits on Saturday.
At 6:30 p.m. Friday, Food Network Host Chef Keegan Gerhard will demonstrate the art of Swiss Meringue on the Pavilion stage. At 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Gale Gand, former host of Food Network's "Sweet Dreams," will demonstrate how to make two of her holiday favorites: Chocolate Mousse and Ricotta Doughnuts.
The festival is from 6-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, 5550 NW 40th St., Coconut Creek. Tickets each day are $15, limited to those 21 and over. Proceeds will go to sponsor two wishes for Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. Go to Ticketmaster.com.
