Coconut Creek asks guest to 'pink it up'

Seminole Casino Coconut Creek is encouraging patrons to “Pink It Up” to support Breast Cancer Awareness throughout October.

Guests can purchase a “Pink It Up” T-shirt for $10 or a wristband for $2 at the Player’s Club Xperience, as well as elect to add $1 to their bill at any casino restaurant. All proceeds will benefit Memorial Health Services and Gilda’s Club of South Florida.

“We are proud to offer “Pink It Up” as an opportunity for our guests to get involved and support such a worthy cause this October,” said Steve Bonner, president of Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, via a press release.

Gilda’s Club South Florida is a free cancer support community for women, men, children, and teens with all types of cancer. The club offers more than 60 networking groups, lectures, workshops, specialized children’s and teen programs, and social events monthly in a nonresidential, non-medical, home-like setting, according to the release.
