OK, so we all gotta keep working here in South Florida.
The first of six Millionaire Raffle drawings Monday brought a winner from a Hess station in Tampa, lottery officials said Monday afternoon.
The Millionaire Raffle, which sells for $20 per ticket, will select a winner every Monday. Twelve players in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties were among the 50 who won $1,000 consolation prizes.
All winners have 180 days to come forward, so it'll likely be awhile before we find out.
But even if your ticket was a complete bust, hold onto it: There's a $2 million grand prize drawing Dec. 31.
