Fontana was first named general manager of the original Seminole Casino Tampa in 1998. Since then, he has guided multiple expansion and renovation projects at the property, including the opening of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in March, 2004. Fontana serves on the board of directors of the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling, based in Orlando. He is the only gaming industry representative to join the Council’s board.
