Hialeah man wins $1M via scratch-off

Clarence Lee, of Hialeah, claimed a $1 million prize in the 100X The Cash Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.

Lee is the eighth winner to claim a $1 million prize since the game launched on Sept. 17. There has also been one $5 million winner this month.

 Lee chose to receive his winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment of $708,225.22. He purchased his winning Scratch-Off ticket from Winn Dixie, located at 1630 West 49th St. in Hialeah. 

100X The Cash is the Florida Lottery’s biggest Scratch-Off game this year and offers more than $460 million.

 Twenty-eight top prizes of $1 million and three top prizes of $5 million remain to be won.

Scratch-Off games comprise approximately 60 percent of ticket sales.
