Hialeah names poker director

Hialeah Park Casino announced Nelson Costa as the Director of Poker Operations

Costa, of Hialeah, began his career as a dealer at Miccosukee Indian Gaming in 2002, then became poker room director of the Crystal Card Room at Miami Jai-Alai and later Casino Miami Jai-Alai.

President of Hialeah Park John Brunetti Jr., said via a press release: “We feel that we scored a big win as we welcome Nelson Costa to Hialeah Park Casino. The Brunetti family has always taken pride in the Hialeah community and it is of great importance to us that Nelson is not only a top professional in his craft but also a long time resident of the city of Hialeah.  The casino will open in the summer with 882 slots, 20 poker tables, electronic blackjack, electronic roulette, and 3 domino tables along with a variety of lounges, cafes and restaurants.
