The Isle Poker Classic, a series of 13 tournaments, gets rolling this weekend at the Isle Casino and Racing in Pompano Beach and even includes an online event.
Day 1A of the first event, which carries a $330 buy-in, will begin noon Thursday, with Day 1B starting noon Friday and Day 1C starting noon Saturday. The tournament, which guarantees $200,000 in prize money, will conclude Sunday.
The main event, which costs $2,500 to enter, has Day 1A at noon Jan. 25 and Day 1B at noon Jan. 26. It carries a $300,000 guarantee.
The final two-day tournament is part of the DeepStacks Poker Tour and will begin 4 p.m. Jan. 28. The $1,500 buy-in carries a $100,000 guarantee and will be streamed live via DeepStacks360.com, a poker-training site.
