The Florida Lottery introduced its first Lucky for Life-themed Scratch-Off game 15 years ago with the launch of $2 Win for Life. The game performed so well that it was reintroduced in 1999 and 2000. Then, in 2004, $10 Set for Life was launched, offering $5,000 a year for life top prizes, followed by the first $20 Lucky for Life ticket offering $100,000 a year for life top prizes. Through the years the LIFE family has become one of the Lottery’s best-selling families of Scratch-Off games. Currently, there are five Lucky for Life-themed Scratch-Off games available, ranging in price from $1 to $20.

The Florida Lottery offers approximately 60 Scratch-Off games at any given time through instant ticket vending machines or on-counter displays at more than 13,000 retailers statewide. Scratch-Off games make up about 56 percent of ticket sales.
