Francis Fassea, 76, of Pompano Beach, claimed the final $1 million top prize in the $1,000,000 Wishes Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
Fassea chose to receive the winnings through an annual payment of $50,000 for 20 years. He purchased his ticket at Super Stop, located at 1801 NE 45th St. in Fort Lauderdale.
The $10 Scratch-Off game, $1,000,000 Wishes, is one of five themed Scratch-Off games the Lottery launched during the holiday season. $1,000,000 WISHES offered three top prizes of $1 million.
