The Ninth Semi-Annual Boomer Expo presented by BoomerTimes & SeniorLife will take place from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday in the ballroom at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
The free event for active adults, sponsored by Memorial Healthcare System, United Healthcare and C.U.R.E. will be hosted by a James Bond 007 celebrity impersonator and will feature a variety of exhibits on health and fitness, travel, finance, insurance, lifestyle products, home care and retirement services and more, according to a press release.
New this year will be the BoomerExpo TV show, where a display of all the exhibitors and promotions will be shown on a large screen TV in the lobby of the Expo. Attendees will have a chance to win more than 50 prizes including a high-definition flat-screen TV, a cruise for two and a vacation getaway; gift cards to Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s and Publix; tickets to the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Palm Beach Pops; and gift baskets from Macy’s at Aventura Mall and Broward Center for the Performing Arts, among other prizes, the release says.
