Guitar hero Joe Satriani (@chickenfootjoe) bringing favorites and rarities to Parker Playhouse.

Daredevil guitarist Joe Satriani's From Surfing to Shockwave Tour is a retrospective of his 30-year career, from 1987's "Surfing With the Alien" to 2015's "Shockwave Supernova," as well as rarities that have never been performed. Confirmed on the set list are "Big Bad Moon," "Friends," "Crystal Planet," "Not of This Earth,""Luminous Flesh Giants" and "If I Could Fly." Satriani, one of rock's good guys, also is raising money at each tour stop for the nonprofit music-education organization Little Kids Rock, which will benefit from the sale of raffle tickets at the show. The grand prize is a JS Surfing 20th Anniversary Guitar and two roundtrip airline tickets to San Francisco, where the winner will meet Satriani and get the guitar autographed.
