If going out in a Skid Row T-shirt and Chucks is, for you, dressing up, the '80s called and want to know if you're ready to, you know, rock? Paul and Young Ron's RockFest 80s Music Festival will explode in a cloud of Aqua Net April 2-3 in Sunrise's Markham Park with all the big names of the genre on two stages. Saturday, headlined by Bret Michaels, will include performances by Firehouse, John Waite, the Romantics, Warrant, Night Ranger, Nelson, Vixen, Trixter and Cinderella's Tom Keifer. Paul Rodgers is the Sunday headliner, joined by Quiet Riot, Ace Frehley, Sebastian Bach, Winger, Autograph, Lynch Mob, Slaughter, Ratt and Geoff Tate. A period muscle-car show, an arcade (Pacman, Asteroids and the like) and an '80s dance party (think Madonna and Whitney) and other activities will round out the festival.
