Our recent dinner at Louisana came so close to being perfect. The atmosphere & service are amazing. Appetizers - shrimp & grits and escargot & mushroom in phyllo were great. The gumbo entree was delicious. The blackened scallops entree had problems -- the lobster & potato hash served with it tasted 'fishy', as if the lobster old or came from a can -- at $32 this entree should have been perfect. The molten chocolate cake for dessert was heaven!
