Giovanni Rocchio and Valentino: Rocchio carries on his father Tony's fine restaurant chops with Valentino, a sophisticated venue located in an old tire store that doubled the size of Rocchio's dining room and gave the chef a gorgeous kitchen in the middle of the room, where he makes all his own pasta, from langostino-filled ravioli to the twisted-rope shape known as trofie, which he serves with seafood, white wine, leeks and peas.
