Mango, coconut and guava are combined in a number of fresh catches and the fish filets are prepared blackened, grilled, broiled or sauteed and served with black beans, rice, mango salsa and plaintains. You can also wet your whistle at Hattie's Rum Bar, where karaoke and live music are offered weekly. There's a launch site for a water taxi if you want to arrive and depart by water.
