TV’s “Hell’s Kitchen” chef Gordon Ramsay had dinner last week at the Fort Lauderdale ROK:BRGR in Himmarshee Village.

Ramsay caught up with Bret Hauser, a former “Hell’s Kitchen” contestant who’s now chef at PizzaCraft. ROK:BRGR and PizzaCraft are owned by Fort Lauderdale-based J.E.Y. Hospitality Group.

New Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale restaurant will think local

Construction is still underway, but sometime in November, the Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale will welcome an exciting restaurant with an emphasis not just on locally grown ingredients but also on locally produced foodstuffs.

Called Burlock Coast Seafare and Spirits, the restaurant will sit just off the ground-floor lobby.
