Starting May 29 and every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., chef Claudio Sandri of Mancini Modern Italian (401 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, 754-200-8602, ManciniLasOlas.com) will offer an interactive mozzarella making class and wine pairing.
For $30, Sandri will show guests how to stretch curds into half-pound balls, while they sip on wine and enjoy an antipasto sampling. The mozzarella will be served with balsamic jam, thick slices of vine ripened heirloom tomatoes and ciabatta bread.
