St. Patrick's Day chef lunch at Loxahatchee Swank farm

Swank Specialty Produce in Loxahatchee is getting ready to host a special noon-4 p.m. St. Patrick’s Day lunch called Wearin’ o’ the Green Salad.

The benefit for The Red Cross features chefs Clay Conley, above,  (Buccan, Imoto), Jim Leiken (Cafe Boulud), Michael Wurster (Malcolm’s: The Art of Food), Arnaud Chavigny (Café Boulud) and wine educator Stephanie Miskew. While the menu is still being formulated expect courses featuring everything from an updated colcannon to salmon and lamb. An Irish singer will entertain.
