On Monday, I told you about Miami Beach chef Cara Thompson's appearance on Food Network's "Chopped."
Thompson, sous chef at Sushisamba (600 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, 305-673-5337) took home a $10,000 prize.
The show feature four chefs competing to turn a mystery basket of ingredients into chef worthy dishes.
Last night's mystery ingredients included sea cucumber, duck tongue, pork shoulder and mamaye.
