Consider it a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to same the work of a chef who knows what it means to receive three stars from Michelin.
Yoji Tokuyoshi — sous chef to Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy — will be cooking at Valentino (620 S. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, 954-523-5767, ValentinosCucinaItaliana.com) alongside chef and owner Giovanni Rocchio.
In 2011, Restaurant magazine called Osteria Francescana the fourth best restaurant in the world.
For $250 plus tax and tip, guests will be treated to a seven-course meal with top notch Italian wine pairings.
“I’m thrilled to be able to work with this gentleman and have him here,” says Rocchio.
Cocktails will be served starting at 6 p.m. with dinner starting at 7 p.m.
Rocchio says chef Tokuyoshi will do dinner on Tuesday night if demand calls for it.
