Rita Romano — cookbook author, educator, vendor and raw food expert — will host 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It all takes places at Old Bridge Park at the northwest corner of Lake Avenue and A1A.
Romano will prepare a three-course meal and answer questions about raw dining. She’ll also sign copies of her “Dining in the Raw.”
Tickets are $40 when paid in cash, $44 with credit card.
