Third annual Porketarian Dinner Series at Elles in Miramar

Elle's restaurant in Miramar celebrates pork for the third year in a row.

Chef Luci Rosende, co-owner of Elle’s (12312 Miramar Parkway, Miramar,  EllesRestaurant.com, 954-437-0071) celebrates all things pork with her third annual dinner Sept. 28 and 29. Here’s the menu.

First: Croquetas de jamon (trio of ham croquettes), fig reduction

Second: Pork belly buns, kimchi, cilantro, and nuts

Third: Rigatoni, pork shoulder ragout

Fourth: Pork tenderloin, walnut romesco with maple bourbon sweet potato mash

Dessert: S’mores tart, bacon-studded graham cracker crust, chocolate, toasted marshmallow cream, bourbon caramel, bacon dust
