Michael's Genuine pastry chef has new cookbook

Hedy Goldsmith, the mastermind behind pastries at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in Miami, is celebrating the release of her new cookbook.

I caught up with here earlier this week and wrote a story which will appear in our Food section next Thursday.
